THE BOAT PARADE HAS BEGUN!!!!
Canada's largest fleet of power boats,sail,boats, canoes, you name it heading down the highways...
They are all heading towards Toronto and into the Direct Energy Centre.
Within the next few days, more than a million gallons of water will start flowing into Ricoh Coliseum to float part of the fleet!
